After being ran around for close to 3 weeks for a generator service I went else where and paid half the price. I am out of province treating my brothers cancer and making his medicine in my rv. The generator is vital to this process and this company could care less. Funny thing I got the parts needed in a day not 21 days guys. Then when I complain I got hung up on . Nice customer service fred!!!
Parts ordering is slow at best---- it took over 10 days to get a part from Briggs & Stratton that had them in stock after giving them the correct part number.
Someone should over haul there order desk. Poor customer service.
