Worst MDs in all Canada!Every time we go there our order is wrong and I mean literally every time we go :( and we go a few times a month with our kids. Its so frustrating when its every single time, I dont understand how it could be that bad. I noticed the people they do have working there are far from professional including most of the managers.We are ready to give up eating there because we go out to eat to relax and this is anything but that.It doesnt matter if its drive through or counter!
this mcdonalds has a lot of teens working there, and all of them have pretty much the same attitude and don't really care about the job which results in bad customer service. there are several signs posted around for a 24 hour drive through and this is incredibly misleading since the drive thru usually isn't open past 1 am. I've went through a few times to have the employees not answer the drive thru at all and you're sitting there waiting for them to answer and they don't when you can clearly see people inside. most nights when they don't want to do anything they will tell you they are "switching over their systems and cannot help you". they also like to make you wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru and serve you cold food. this is a bad mcdonalds and if you are visiting the area I don't recommend going to this restaurant expecting much from it. trust me, you won't get it.
