The worst experience I have ever had trying to get an eyeglass prescription filled. On THREE separate occasions I had to wait for replacement lenses as their on-site staff either incorrectly ordered the wrong lenses (ie: no transitions which was an extra that I paid for) or the lenses were cut wrong. At the time of this review I was told that I had to wait another day for a manager to call me and process a refund. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. My review of Vogue Optical is ZERO stars for service.
