QUALITY
After seeing the other review at less I do not feel like the only person who got poor service. I agree staff did not know product and in fact it seemed to much trouble for them to find requested information. Once the purchase was confirmed it all fell apart, excuse after excuse, delay after delay. My product did not pass the test of time either it was showing age after a few months ( I purchased not there best product but a high end product from them, well above there average price range) and we are a family of 2 adults who care for our home and do not abuse anything we have. Even after cuts and joins were made, workmanship was poor and I was basically told that is as good as it gets. The counter I replaced had much, much better joins and cuts then what they did using professional equipment and I am at best an ok handy made with ok tools. Reps. were next to rude and in fact it seemed like the customer was a bother. My suggestions, just do not run you should hide, this group was a poor excuse of professionals from top to bottom. One more thing, when it was installed I reported a problem with the fit, it was suggested that I could easily fix it myself and should not ruin anything ( though they were joking, I had just finishing paying approx. $1000.00... that gave a new meaning to tail light warranty). The workers and one was the owner were not even back in Bishops and had left my house in GFW just minutes before I got them on cell. I could go on but I hope you got the pictures and even if u only believe 10% of what I say, it is more that enough I assure you. After all u only see 10% of an iceberg but it is real.
