If the paper doesn't arrive which is more often then not, then the advertisers are not getting their monies worth. Why bother? To advertise or to continue to buy the paper. Terrible service!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been over a month now and repeated calls to their complicated call center to cancel my paper delivery, what a waste of time. I get is about 2-3 days a week, I get pa[pers I do not subscribe to, their customer service stinks, and this is a compliment

disconnected ... cannot find customer service link as promoted. This is a poor way of doing business!
They keep putting my packages on hold for nearly a week although its already in town and Im paying for 2 day shipping... The tracking is also completely useless.
have not received our paper again but they did deliver Kings County Record ,not what I subscribed for. had no delivery of our paper for 6 days last month, terrible service .they do continue to take $18.39 out of our bank account .If I did not show up for work 1 week out of a month I would not get paid and get fired.
Tried to contact customer service by phone..directed to your customer service site...unable to locate! We have not received our TJ for three days...money deducted from back account..NO PAPER...not a happy customer...on both accounts Hopeful for an answer!
Called to report not receiving todays paper and was directed to your website to leave a message. Cant find any site specifically for this. Non delivery and late delivery have become an issue in the last few weeks after several years of very good service. Really missing Saturday news.
Absolute worst deliver service going. Most recent delivery from Amazon was a empty , opened , coffee stained envelope. I guess I ordered a used envelope. Absolutely insane that a Company as large as Amazon and one that depends on a reliable delivery Infrastructure would use a company that is this bad.
Yesterday for the first time I received a flier package dumped at the end of my driveway. I did not request fliers and would like to know who decided they had the right to do this? And who do I contact to make sure this does not continue? The phone number given on this site is useless and there is no email address for contact. This is terrible customer service.
Have not received my package from Amazon. It says it was delivered but it was not. I was home all day and they never actually came. I searched for my tracking number online and it was not found. Searched for a website or phone number to contact, and I could not find either! I dont know what else to do!!!
Notified by Amazon that BN has lost my packages as well. Hopefully amazon comes to their senses and cancels their delivery contract, until then I will not be placing any orders.
