Excellent staff and excellent vets. They go above and beyond. Very compassionate. I have been to many vet clinics and this one is the best in my opinion. They can always squeeze in an appointment for my personal cats and cats who belong to a cat rescue I volunteer with. They do not treat the cats any differently. They have always displayed respect for myself and the cats.
I would highly recommend them.
Cannot believe the review saying snarky! Every single one of the people here are amazing. I have been to many vets in many provinces and haven’t been able to kind a get that comes close to this! They go above and beyond for our animals and we always feel like a priority! They answer any questions we have over the phone and even on Facebook! Excellent service and people!!!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to let people know that the comment about the staff being “snarky” is very far from the truth. They are actually incredibly kind and so sweet with both of my dogs! I highly recommend!
Very snarky receptionists. Their receptionists think they are veterinarians, act like everything is an emergency and try to drain you of your $. Really condescending, nasty staff.
