Thanks ET..!! On one of the hottest days of summer this year my heat pump needed servicing. I called ET Mechanical and within a very short time we had received a call from the service technician that he was 5 minutes away. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired on site. Excellent service, clean courteous professional technicians and a clean van. I would not hesitate to call them again. Great Service...!!

ET Mechanical is the best HVAC company around. They are very attentive and thorough. I love that they call just before coming so you can be sure to be ready for them. I would definitely recommend using them for your HVAC services.

I tried using E.T. Mechanical over a year ago and had problems with them not showing up for their appointment. I decided to give them a try again recently and twice more they have not showed up for their appointments. My time is very valuable and we go to great lengths to organize our schedules for appointments like this. For them to not show up is disrespectful and totally unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again. If you need a protection plan for your equipment, I suggest looking elsewhere as there are much better protection plans available from other companies that include parts and labor too.
