I wish I could give -stars.Was told I could get a new pair if I have any damage to boots within a year.I asked if there are stipulations, was told there are none. I approached a young girl when trying to exchange the brocken boots. She didn't even want to look at the boots,told me my problem was due to wear and tear then was told to leave.I asked her why my other shoes didn't have problems like these,she ignored me and called security,1st time in my life, don't waste your money here, next sears!
