Highly recommend! My kitchen drain had 2 clogs well beyond the trap, and they had the drain cleared and running in half hour. Very friendly (dispatch and technicians) and really affordably priced. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue.

NO pain over clogged drain

Matthew the owner and technician who took my urgent call was able to reassure me instantly regarding the obvious sewer backup in my basement when I placed a call at 11am. By 1 pm (sooner than later than the given timeframe) he was on the task and proceed to fix my issues with the utmost expertise, cleanliness and overall very well-mannered compassion for what would normally be a very stressful situation. With so many unknowns in the invisible underground workings of homeownership, this company has earned scheduled maintenance business from our entire family. Their website was easy to find via iPhone, the cost was super low considering the gravity of what the job involves and I wish Red Alert many years of deserved success. My Sewer backed-up and they showed up FAST!

I had a mess in my basement when my sewer backed-up- I called and they with they responded really fast- within an hour of my call! Service was great- Matt was friendly and very knowledgeble tech (who was actually one of the owners from my understanding). Price was less than I paid last year from another outfit and they gave me a one year service warranty if it backs up again. I would definitely recommend this company!
