Terrible, awful can't even convey how bad it was.
Really, REALLY! bad in every way! Avoid like a plague. This was the most terrible and unprofessional company I've ever had the complete displeasure of dealing with. The owner is really bad.We ended up paying them in full just to get them out of our lives.
