I rented a Dodge Journey from these guys for 4 days. I went to Value because I have a friend who rents from them about once a year. They remembered him. Got a great deal on a good vehicle, no problems and the ladies there, Joanne and Sherry were very nice and super helpful. They made it so easy. I will be renting from here again.
Probably the worst car rental place in the entire city. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced, I spent around $5000 on them and they would harass me every single day for money. I always paid my bill everyday if not every other day and they would call me constantly and text me all the time from random numbers and call me from blocked numbers all the time. They lied all the time and would make stories up leaving me carless at times for the employees to use the cars. Ridiculous.

I am the assistant manager of Value Rent A Car and this review is very untrue. This particular customer was a very good renter, and unfortunately would not abide by our rental contract conditions. We were more then patient with her and unfortunately she refused to return the vehicle when asked therefore resulting in our calling her. The continuous excuses were getting out of hand. We try to accommodate our customers the best we can.
