After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!
This was the first time using a plumber on a new house. A neighbour recommended Drain Doctor and I can second the recommendation. He very quickly identified the problem and fixed it just as fast. No hesitation or lingering at the job. Just fast and efficient. The price was less than I expected. So, I was very pleased to so easily and painlessly have working plumbing again! HIGHLY recommended. In addition, the switchboard people were very polite and personable and scheduled me a plumber in no time. A+++ all around.
Kitty litter got flushed and clogged up the toilet real bad. Called up Drain doctor. Even though it was a Saturday and the plumber said he was real busy, he showed up in only a few hours. He was real nice and personable. The toilet was a battle to get unplugged but after awhile and a few different tricks he got it fixed. The best part was the fact that he only charged me about half of some of the competitors. Will be calling them again if the need arises for sure.
I had a severe clog, but didn't know where....I booked an appointment, which was quick, and they followed up to let me know someone would be there and when I could expect them. The serviceman was pleasant and friendly. I needed to ask some questions and he was polite and very patient. He let me know what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He involved me in the process along the way. Service was timely from booking to execution. I am very pleased with their service.
