J J 'S Septic Service

Called Mon.for Thurs.appt. Told JJ. last co. sent young boy not strg. enough to lift pump to cln. She would send her husband. No approx. time given even with 3 days notice & no ph.notice. Be there for 12 hrs. 8am-8pm wth money or no serv. Angelic,sugar sweet/ rude. Called back as felt all unreasonable. No rtn. call but Thurs.came with no husband. Young man sent as before to pump.NOT clean. He could not reach JJ's so I cancelled.. No cust. service., poorly run, not worth your time. 0 Rating

J J's Septic Service, to date, has been truly reliable. We have never met anyone from the company because they only week days. Unfortunately so do we, but have put our trust in their service. So far we cannot complain especially since last fall we called on them to clean the tank. They could not believe we had to have tank emptied again. In the end the problem was not with the tank. J. J. was honest, told us what it could be and did not charge us for the call. Thank you.
