Customer service needs improving- I asked for the manager to get better help and was told that he was not in- response to my review was made from the manager claiming that he was there all the time but chose not to be part of it. If you're a 20 something I think this staff are interested but if you are in you mid 50's I think another place would be better. The staff member never said good bye ... that is how they treat people.
Got the full service this spring, and the bike feels like new. The overall service is the best in Penticton. Staff is always courteous and helpful.
Really bad service! I was going there to buy a bike and I had a few questions. Barely answer my question and kinda rude! Then he went away! The very next day I went to Kelowna to spend my 4000$ at some place they care enough to give a good service!

Not impressed, my sister needed repairs done on her bike as we were on a bike trip for 3 days in the area. They quoted her $100 dollars and then an addition $50 to expedite it even though the staff was standing around. Not a place to encourage bike trips and tourism!
Last month I went shopping for 2 bikes, carrier and all the gear. I went to the other bike shop and got poor service I asked for a quote on the bikes and gear I was told that I would be contacted with a quote. Still waiting. I went to Freedom and dealt with a young lady who gave us great service leading us to the perfect 2 bikes. Correct size and style for us. No high pressure just great service. When I asked for a quote Nick gave us the quote in minutes. Great service Hugh
I can't leave the staff at Freedom Bike Shop hanging with such a bad review. Hands down the crew at Freedom makes it one of THE best bike shops that I've dealt with over 30 yrs of cycling. They are friendly, honest and help you with any questions. Friends, family and myself have purchased 5 bikes and numerous accessories last two years. Well worth visiting.
These guys are just in it to take your money. My little bro ordered a spring for his rear shocks and told the guys at the shop which bike he had. When we got there they realized the spring was the rong size and still made him by the part for 50$ even though it was entirely their fault. Very poor bussiness ethics.

We were asked to order in a spring in a specific size and weight. That was all the information we were given. We did exactly as asked. We could have helped you figure out what you needed but you said you knew. We got it ordered and received quickly and efficiently. It was your error and your responsibility. If you need our help we are here for you.

Your brother did not tell us what bike he had. We asked if he wanted us to verify his request but he said you told him what to order and 'you know what you're doing'. You had him order a FOX spring for a MANITOU shock..they are not compatible and we would have told him this if he was willing to share the details. This is your mistake big brother..don't blame the messenger!
