    I went into the o...

    I went into the office yesterday to renew my insurance on my car and boat for the summer. Not only was the staff extremely rude, but the manager or boss Barry was not helpful at all when I had a few questions about the increased premium on my boat insurance. I have never experienced this type of treatment in an insurance office, it's normally quick and painless. The office reaked like spaghetti, all the staff I assume just eat at their desk ... I don't know, I guess the appearance of the ho
