Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.
I have had a terrible experience with this company after renting one of their properties on Airbnb. Basically, one of their employees fabricated a negative review, leading me to lodge a formal dispute with Airbnb regarding potential discrimination. As of yet, the response of this company in detailing what happened and how it will never happen again has been nil. Highly disappointing, to say the least.
I had a terrible time with Victoria Prime. The concierge Rebecca was very confused and bad at her job. The place was not clean when I arrived and I was treated very poorly by this person. DO NOT go with Victoria Prime! There is better options out there.
The man who wrote this bogus review has since been arrested for stalking the woman he mentions in the review. He has never had any business dealings with us in any way. Reviews should be vetted more carefully for accuracy. Giving crazy people a platform is harmful to all.
