Extremely vlean, good food & affordable prices.. staff is very friendly & courteous. My wife & I try to come in whenever we are in this part of Victoria

Highly recommend....

Highly recommend. We always takeout and its the freshest chinese ive ever had. The food isnt dry like at alot of places as if they'd served u the leftover buffet food.
