Great service !!!!!! Safely got my car home !

Reserved 3 of their cars for the Saturday night. Bill asked me to send all the car details (make, colour etc) which I did promptly. Saturday night I texted him and received no reply so finally called him to confirm the cars arrival. He was very rude and kept saying I didn't send the info previously so he only had one car for me. I went back and screenshotted him that I did and when I called back to speak with him he pretty much said I'm busy and hung up on me. So we were stranded for 1.5 hrs.

I've used call my driver many times after a night out and I love how easy going they are! I always have a great experience talking to the drivers and have never had a problem. Their prices are low and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe way to get their car home after a night of drinking!

A Real Joke

I called at 8PM for two cars to arrive at 9PM. They initially went to the wrong address (Langford instead of Esquimalt) and then one car arrived, 1.5 hours late, at 11PM. When we were informed this same car was going to drop my friends off and come back for us, I was thoroughly annoyed. I was told to call the "boss" who was rude and unapologetic and, before hanging up on me, told me not to tell him how to do his job and asked me what I did for a living. I belive his name was Phil.
