Vernon Nissan is excellent. I have purchased 3 vehicles now from them and have had multiple friends buy there as well. Always easy to deal and always fair. Love the service department. They treat me great.
Good selection of used vehicles and a great salesman (Harj) are why anyone in the area should check out Vernon Nissan. The sales manager however, is sadly lacking. I'm not sure how he became manager but I don't imagine it was due to people skills or good business etiquette. When dealing in a business that is "driven" by customer service, you should make more of an effort when greeting potential clients -- at the very least making eye contact and shaking hands. This actually put me off returning to this dealership and I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Too bad for Vernon Nissan and too bad for Harj. Your manager's attitude lost you a sale.
