Francis is very polite and kind. We needed our car to be towed because the battery wasn’t working. And Francis arrived earlier like 10 minutes. He is so smart he figured out the problem and fixed the battery.

He's very profession and came on time. The mechanic we took our car to didn't know what was wrong with my car and Instead of bringing my car back to my house he found me a new dealership who covered all the expenses because it had warranty I wasn't even aware of! I was stranded on a Saturday pm. My car was stuck on a parking barrier and my engine wouldn't start. I called AAA emergency road service from the US first. They transferred me to BCAA and I was put on an endless hold. I gave up and decided to call a tow truck on my own. I am so happy I got Francis! He unstuck my car and secured the battery so I could drive it again! His rates were reasonable and he was kind, courteous and professional & truly caring.
I got stranded when my car wouldn't start at IKEA Richmond and Francis came and towed my car immediately! Not only does he provide great service at a good cost but he's extremely friendly and helpful as well. This is the only towing company I'll be using from now on because it was such a good experience!
My engine shut down in the middle of the road after gas attendant put gas in stead of diesel. I managed to turn on the car and move to the side while waiting for Francis. He was quick and dropped everything for a crying lady. Moved my car to the dealer. Thank you Francis for rescuing me.
