We returned bulb this Walmart in October,26 evening. Refund staff asked us Why you did package opened?? Of course we did not sure right bulb or not ... it happen sometimes for everyone. But this Walmart staff was extremely Loud because of opened package... I am just wondering that Walmart training to staff in case of customer Who has opened package?? It is worst experience I ever.... she need to have better customer service.
