The service provided by Atlas travel agency was incredible. It was very professional, courteous, polite and very friendly. Our circumstances were quite exceptional and complex, and [travel agent name] took on the challenge and helped us through it, When it comes to customer service they really do go over and beyond what they need to. They are so considerate and compassionate that they took the time and initiative to follow up with us to ensure that everything was OK.

Soheila was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She spoke over me and was pushing me to commit to the very first deal that popped up without asking any questions. When I started to inquire about flight length and layover times, she actually yelled at me and told me to go and find my own ticket and hung up on me. Trust me you DONT want to use this agency or work with Soheila. Worst travel agency Ive ever come across
