WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our hair dresses that day was FERNANDO. When my daughter was on the chair she was a bit fuzzy but not crying, for like less than a minute, which is expected for a toddler getting a haircut. Instantly Fernando reacted very rude and told me that he was not going to cut her hair, he did not even gave her 2 minutes to calm down. Before I left I told him I was shock by how rude he was to us and the lack of customer service and his answer was "WHATEVER"

I was amazed at my experience here today. Donna was fantastic, really knew what she was doing, was friendly, professional and took the time to give me a proper hair cut. Compared to my experience with other hair salons including those in New Westminster, Magic Cuts was the best.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER

Seriously, how does a hairdresser screw up a bob cut? Totally cut corners, lop sided, uneven shaping, in a rush and was just terrible. Will never come back here, not even to get the haircut fixed. Yah, that bad..
