my whole family has been going to Volume hair Lounge since the new owners took over. Pooja is wonderful in providing all services. Me and my daughter got whole body waxing every 2 months and wax being used is of excellent quality.
I also got my hair dyed and results were unbelievable.
I recommend every one to use the Volume hair lounge.

I went in for a walk-in arm wax. First, I had to tell Pooja to sterilize my skin before starting (which kills bacteria that can enter the hair follicles). She should know this. Second, she kept re-using wax strips long past the point where she should use a fresh one (I am a trained esthetician as well) and I had to keep asking her to use a new one. She was trying to use every available millimeter before discarding a strip, but the wax gets so thick it can rip skin. Half way through one arm, another girl came over and she asked if she could start the second arm. I said ok, assuming she was an esthetician and not just a hair dresser. She did a poor job. she re-used strips too often as well, so that the wax became thick and stuck to my skin, tearing off several layers when she pulled. She pulled at an upward angle and broke a lot of hair at the skin line. I had a lot of stubble on that arm after 4 days, and on the other arm after 7. The second arm has a lot of scabs from where she tore my skin, and with my skin tone they will leave scars.
To top it all....the debit machine wasn't working so i had to pay cash, and the printer wasn't working so I couldn't get a receipt to prove I was there. I'm furious.
Never go here! Stingy use of supplies so that the customer gets hurt, and inexperienced staff performing services.
