Excellent. Its great to see that there are still honest people out there. Roy is a great guy, highly recommended. I will not shop for another TV repair shop from now on. My big ass plasma TV started to turn on and of by itself. I took it to Roy, next day and a very decent fee for repair and my plasma is back on business. Very happy with the service I received from Southgate. Roy promptly came and picked up my Sony Bravia TV and diagnosed a main board that needed to be replaced. The part was no longer available from Sony, but he had a gently-used one on hand, installed it, and returned the TV to me within four days of the pickup, all for a very reasonable price. They will be my go-to service centre in future. Highly recommended!
