Great cut, nice place

$216 for a half head of highlights. Did not turn out the colour I asked for. Stylist was inexperienced and kept hitting me in the face with water sprayer while washing my hair

Worst Experience Ever! The color was good but this was by far the worst hair cut I have ever experienced! The stylist was obviously inexperienced at cutting hair like mine, although she said that she had worked with my texture before and knew the usual pitfalls. I presented the stylist with a photo and we discussed how long I wanted it kept. Now I'm left with a bowl cut and not enough hair to even have it fixed. I'm beyond disappointed.

I absolutely love my experience at this salon every time I go. From the moment I walk into the doors I feel inspired and excited by the surroundings and hair artists. It is obvious the hair salon artists are up to date with all the newest techniques, styles and products and in turn they educate me with all my questions. I love the cup of loose tea and chocolate goodies they give me, feels like a spa day at the salon with all the good company, pampering, goodies and fresh new look I depart with

Very unpleased with my experience here. I went to Loyal 2, and came out crying. The stylist was very aggressive with my hair even after I told her multiple times I have a sensitive scalp and fragile hair. She assured me no problem - but clearly it was. After she finished brushing my hair 2 massive hair ball were on the ground- I don't lose that much hair in a month! I went in to correct damage and she only made it worse! On top of that I asked for my hair to be dyed medium brown, but it's black!
