Kellys EcoClean Orchard Plaza

Would give them zero stars if I could. They completely ruined my white lace/crochet blouse. The girl at desk when dropped off assured me they could get it whiter and didn't see any problems but it came out even more dull and is all now a dull yellow. Was told that they can't be held responsible if they are short staffed and can't have someone knowledgeable to answer such inquiries and I should have talked to their people downtown....huh? Will never go back.
