My opinion on Shoppers - Their products are good quality, affordable, in stock, I'm always happy with the items I buy. What I can say about this particular store, is that they have the most wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. I am there every morning picking up medication among other things.1 yr ago I was relieved by how the pharmacy team were friendly, despite seeing all my medications. They never treated me like an addict. I could not be more grateful for the staff at Shoppers Fort street.
Second time this year I tried to (unsuccessfully) purchase a video game. Staff had no idea where to get the game in the back. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front then go to the back to search for the game only to come back to tell me they dont have it. Also 90% of the time their bread and milk is expired. They don't keep anything fresh. Train your employees better, your customer service is terrible. I left today without buying the rest of my items I was so mad.
