The management offers professional and prompt communication regarding my concerns and or questions. The size of the units are large and offer family friendly apartments.

Do Not rent here. The building manager Jennifer is a bully and discriminates against people who are white. She gives out eviction notices to only the white tenants. Do not rent here.Not professional they need to hire someone else.

Terrible property owners. The building in Coquitlam is full of black mould and they refuse to let you leave early if you are worried about your health and well-being. The building manager will often NOT give you 24 hours notice to show your apartment to prospective tenants. Essentially knowingly puts people's health at risk to reap a rent reward instead of maintaining the building properly. Greedy and despicable behaviour.

LANDLORD IN ARREARS

I recently, amicably, ended my tenancy with Craft Properties, which is owned by the same person as van Dyck Properties. My damage deposit & statement was to be returned by 15/05/17. I've called and emailed with absolutely NO response. Since May 22 their voice messaging has been full. NO messages can be left. I am trying to resolve amicably because to file a dispute with RTB is $100. I've never been had before by a landlord!
