Four phone calls to express our concerns with no return phone call. Move was underestimated by 64% on weight--with no accompanying weigh bill. Movers were friendly and kind but not up to the move and it went slowly. Late to the ferry due to sleeping in, we were surprised by a $300 addition to the bill at the end due to the underestimation. Very poor customer service, lack of respect for the customer. Do not recommend.
