Was a victim of a scam, and my account got locked so I called their fraud department. They told me to go to my branch to unlock my account. I went there on a Saturday at about 3pm because on google maps it says that they close at 4pm, but the employees were on their way out the door and refused to help me. I visited again on the following Monday morning, but they closed my account permanently due to me accepting a fraudulent cheque. Apparently being a victim of fraud warrants closing my account?
Ordered American money over a week ago. Was told it would be there by now and would receive a call to pick it up. No call and cannot call the branch. Waited 45 minutes to talk to someone at the call center only to be told that they have no record of my order. Leaving tomorrow and don't have any US currency. Unacceptable service!
Worst experience, staff doesn’t know any information about what happened to my account. When I asked for supervisor, she said she is in a meeting she will give my paper work and she will get back to me with more info. It’s 3 days now no one even contacted me. Worst experience.
Difficulty getting through on the phone to book an appointment and new online banking system.
