Dont pay this guy until he is completely finished the job. Ive been waiting for him to do a couple of finishing things for the last EIGHT months, and after countless broken promises of completion Im giving up and doing it myself. Ive paid him over $30K in the last two years to do a fair bit of exterior drainage work, but he still cant find the time to come by and do the things he promised me he would do, or send one of his employees to do it. I think hes retiring soon so I guess he doesnt care.
