I've had a few bad experiences here. First, the staff constantly pressure you to buy more products or services while you're there. Not just suggestions, but full on pressure and they don't hear "no" as an answer until the 10th time. I somehow got talked into a membership there so I feel like I should be going there to get my discount worth. So I got a pedicure here at the end of April and at the end, it was much more expensive than the price they originally quoted because "the price doesn't include nail polish". I'm not sure what kind of pedicures don't include nail polish in my experience. Also the skin on my feet looked back to needing a pedicure by that evening, so obviously most of the dead skin didn't even get taken off (sorry if that's TMI). Today I went back there for some reason to get my eyebrows threaded, and stated up front that I DID NOT want tinting, just light shaping with the threading. So she only pushed me 3 times to get tinting. But in the end my eyebrows are way too thin on the ends (one hair thin) and also uneven. I am very disappointed with this place and now am never going back again. Not worth the time or effort.
