Seems one can not contact the local Abbotsford office directly as advised by a Toronto office. Advised to call tomorrow if parcel not arrived. Supposed to be delivered 4 days ago!(gak).
We paid for a courier to deliver a package of documents to a city 40 minutes away. When no one was there to receive it, they held it at their facility for two weeks WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE, despite having both sender and receivers phone numbers on the package. No depot card was left and no contact made. They apparently sent it back to us 5 days ago, but we still have not received it. Phone support promised theyd call back, but 4 days later still waiting on that too. Terrible service.
Purolator is screwing around with their website tracking and email. I had a parcel that said was delayed in port kells yesterday, then this morning both an email from Purolator and their website tracking said was on the truck and out for delivery, now it says what it said yesterday. Tried their live chat, doesnt work as says no agents available, spent over 3 hours on hold at customer service with no answer. I think we as paying customers should demand our money back for the shipments !!!
Website is either displaying the wrong information or my order was sent back to it's store to be picked up again.
Nothing but hassles...am too frustrated to elaborate.
