Excellent and clean work

Too many hidden costs and extra charges.... prices is often twice what is quoted and work takes too long to be finished. Was told my job would be done in 3 days, took 3 and a half weeks and cost twice as much because of extra "fees" they failed to disclose at the beginning of the agreement for service. I would not use them again, and have told others to not do so as well.

Cream of the Crop

The entire house #remodelled last year. I call Innovative Flooring and they're super friendly and professional. I tell them - looking for uber $$ product Made in Germany. The owner had me come down to the showroom in Abbotsford, I was allowed to pick the high class product but they told me it would not be expensive. On a budget the floors look like Penthouse Suite...but the rest of the house is Junk. Innovative Flooring is the only flooring solution. Cabinet guy amature. plumber fail grade 5.

Just had hardwood floors installed by Innovative Flooring and we are beyond pleased with the product that we picked from this company! They are professional and their installers were polite and very good at their job! We would highly recommend to all our friends!
