The store and quality of service are like a prayer being answered. I don't have any complaints of any kind. I had a very complicated ring repair. The result was perfect. The cost of the work very reasonable. This store must be your first stop and first choice if you only want and expect the very best.

Dropped off a wat...

Dropped off a watch to have repaired. Oldest trick in the book. "We'll phone with an estimate before doing any work if its over $30" No phone call, $50 later your watch is ready. When questioned: "we'll remove the part and you can have your watch back". It's not the $20. I needed the watch fixed. It's the lack of business morals. BTW - Who reviews their own store. Beware.

Lots of gifts from harley davidson to anniversary albums, crystals,rocks to Diamonds and Semi preciouce gems plus they repair jewellery on site and clocks and watches. what more can you say A little bit of everything and somthing for everyone. They were Nice,funny and accommidating felt great to be treated like a real customer.
