R. Wagner Ventures Ltd. is a privately owned company started in 2008. Originally started as a one unit Coil Tubing Service company specialize in pump repair and installationaround Lloydminster, progressively moving into the Kindersley, Saskatchewan area.

The first Nitrogen pumper was purchased in 2012, and put to service solely in the Kindersley, SK area, working in conjunction with coil tubing units facilitating frac cleanouts. The coil unit was sold in 2013 to focus solely on becoming a leading Nitrogen Service provider. A second Nitrogen Pumper unit was ordered, built, and in service by December 2014.
