Purchased dishwasher with 5 year service warranty. Installation issues (installer kinked water hose and ensuing flood damaged power lines) were met with deaf ears-no follow up despit multiple contacts. While machine was eventually replace, delivery and reinstall costs(including electrical repair) were never honoured. Ordered in May 2021, dishwasher was not operational till October 2921. Definitely do not recommend shipping at the Brick. Skip warranties as they are basically not honoured anyway.
Poor quality furniture witch I’m not so upset about since I knew buying at a cheaper furniture place but the extended warranty I thought would cover basic issues did not. Even after they said they would cover some issues I had they never did follow up with it. Highly recommend not going to the brick
Awful management at the back of building for order pickups. There are no signs for where to enter, no lines, no guide person. No sanitizer or wipes of any kind available during COVID-19 pandemic. They insist photo IDs are required when picking up orders in their emails, on the phone, and even there is a sign right beside their computer and scanner, yet they do not ask for the ID.
Yuki was very helpful and not pushy at all. I went in to buy a washer and dryer set, and it was a great positive experience!
Bought a washer and dryer set complete with delivery and install and was told that because the existing hose was stuck they could do nothing. So please be advised that they don’t actually do install unless it’s absolutely perfect but will charge you for it.
Worst warranty service ever. Never again. And they send me a broken loaner fridge to boot while I wait who knows how long for mine to be fixed. The brick store manager seems like he’s trying to help but he has minimal control over the what warranty service can do.
This is by far the single worst managed store in history. I tried to buy a bedroom set and it was like pulling teeth. I am still trying to get the charges they put on a cancelled order reversed and not one member of their staff or management know what they are doing. This is the most agrivated I have ever been. If you try to contact them you get a generic Brick call in that has no customer service option. I do not have enough words in this comment box to adequately explain their incompetance
I purchased furniture and a refrigerator from The Brick and was told they would arrive on the following Tuesday. I arranged to have them picked up on the Saturday after giving plenty of time to unload the shipment etc. My husband and a friend who had taken the time to help out arrived at the store only to find out that all of my purchase was buried in the back of a truck that had only arrived the day before. Rather than call on Tuesday to let us know it had not arrived as promised, we wasted our time and went all the way out there expecting them to be ready to go. Then because they couldn't deliver until late Saturday a whole days plans were ruined. No compensation other than the offer to deliver. Not impressed.
