Highly unprofessional, reps promise you a lot but company refuses to honor them and wont even discuss compromises, but will sell you an overpriced item that you do not need. Customer Service prefers to hang up than deal with customers.

I have used Warwood for many years for all my office computers and printer. I deal with Stephen and he goes above and beyond every time. I highly recommend using Warwood as the customer service is outstanding and prices are fair. I used to spend so much money on ink but not anymore.
