Went into store this evening with the intent to purchase a new printer. The first sales rep did not know much about printers asked another rep and then walked away without saying anything. The second rep was not much better. He quoted me a larger price that was on website for $30.00 cheaper. The ink cartridges were not in stock; nor did he show me a pic. So instead of taking the time to check their web page he basically told me to have a good night. Very poor customer service.
