Booked an online appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, the service person had no record of my appointment and told me their online appointment application doesn’t always work. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience I experienced and the only offer made was to reschedule an appointment for the following week. This was their fault. How hard would it be for a dealership to squeeze in an oil change? Worst customer service. Avoid this place!!
I had a great experience leasing my 2019 Mazda3 Sport from Landmark back in May of 2019. From the new General Manger to the team in the finance department - they had me a new car in no time!
Larry (the service manager) accused me of breaking my own vehicle and blaming them to get it fixed. I am not a liar or a cheat and i don’t appreciate being called one. Don’t take your business to Landmark Mazda! They are dishonest! If they break something they will try to make you pay for it!
Took car in on 3/9/18 for a parts replacement that was a result of the check engine light coming on. Car had no issues besides check engine light when I dropped it off. When I picked up the car - the blinkers on the car were completely malfunctioning and the heating system was completely broken (wouldn’t blow air). Based on repeated negative experience over a 2.5 year span, I strongly advise against buying a car or getting service at Landmark Mazda.
Sold me a new car with only one key, will not provide a second, could not register my car due to missing forms from them after i told them i needed them. once i signed the paper work everything changed, the used car manager gave me some serious attitude.
I had a terrible experience with Landmark Mazda. I bought an 05 Mazda 3 which had severe rust issues. Though I brought this issue up with them many times, they never once offered to rectify the situation. The entire car rusted out starting after 3 years, yet no resolution was offered or suggested by Landmark Mazda.
