    System has never worked. They have sent three techs to fix it. Finally, tech service said it would not do what we were asking it to. Namely protect my shop which is 100 feet from the panel. I tried to get them to cancel the contract since it does not work, no way. I am stuck with for five years. Five years are up and they refuse to cancel the account. They pray on the elderly!!!

    Worst customer service ever.... Trying to payout your account takes at least 3 months. If I could remove the star I would..... ANY OTHER SECURITY SYSTEM IS BETTER.

    do not waste your time and money with this company if you are a senior they will take your money and lie to you even after you have told them for 5 years you want to canaell. I had to sell my home and move in with my daughter cause I was no longer able to live by myself.. Called and told them to cancell and they told me I had to wait 5 years before I could..ok so after 5 years I called and said time is up and I want to cancell and they told me I had to write a letter and tell them so I did and

    Save yourself the aggravation and being trapped in no notice multiple year contract auto-renewals. Don't believe what you're told over the phone, read the fine print. Even having the contract in hand might not be enough to stop the auto-payments for months. Expect months before resolutions gets back to you if they ever do. See BBB complaints.

    System had never worked they way it was sold. Tech support is a joke and it takes hours to get through. They booked an appt to come and fix the panel that has not worked in months and didn’t show up. I bought a carbon dioxide monitor and never received it. That was 6 month ago! I have been paying on a system that doesn’t work for months. Fluent has broken there service agreement with me. They broke the contract by not providing a service I paid for. Loyalty agent also hung up on me.

    The salesman told us the contract was for 3 years and just sign the contract. Turns out it was for 5 years and we cannot get out of it. We talked to a company representative in Utah who said that ‘you signed the contract’ and they would not do anything. The Edmonton office is closed down, we were told and you cannot talk to anybody face to face. Do not do business with this company!!!!

    Salesperson claimed: Fluent is the Canadian branch of Vivint; that they are the same company. Said they like to check in with their exisitng customers and they were offering their existing customers a $300 annual rate reduction and throwing in a free video door bell and that we could keep all the same equipment, they just had to swap out our main alarm panel. Vivint Canada and Fluent are competitors..NOT THE SAME COMPANY. Illegal, fraudulent business practices.

    I found that Tyson and Hasson were very professional. Tyson explaining the workings of the system and what I can get in the way of adding things to my needs. Hasson was extremely efficient in installing said system and his explanation on how to work the pad etc. I would recommend Tyson and Hasson to anyone. Judy

    They told me their installation procedure is non-invasive so if I were to decide I didnt want the system before the free 10 day trial was up, Id never know they were here.. yet here I am staring at a bunch of holes in my wall trying to get them to fix it to no avail. Wondering why I ever got this crap security system that didnt work properly anyway. Now Im stuck with a bad credit score because when they say they do a soft hit they actually do a hard hit and bring your score down.

    Faulty equipment and they never come to fix it. At this point I have 3 zones on bypass and they refuse to do anything about it.My smoke detector is also disarmed. I would never recommend them and as soon as I can locate my contract they are history.

    One of those tag along home security firms that promise you the persian flying carpet and more. Sales door to door does nor qualify for exemption under service alberta like charities, political parties pr your own electrical service provider. Did I mention Radge was banging on my door at 9:30 pm in Edmonton? He did mention that he had a science degree and was from Toronto with a sales gang and he was the manager. What are you kidding?Should be laws against this kind of sales. Oh wait...more....

    Fluent costumer service is awful, they tried to charge us 1700$ YEARS after we paid out and cancelled our contract with them . When contacted them and try to resolve the issue they told us they would call the creditors and have it removed from our credit as it was destroying our credit and sure enough they still haven’t done that . If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not to mention their door to door people are annoying and pushy.

    Terrible company. They get notifications on there equipment that fails, but they do nothing to resolve it, yet expect payment for a service that truly doesnt work! Additionally, there cameras dont work, nothing happens. No service. The cameras they bought from best buy and charge me, far far too much for dont work. Which is the main reason I went with them. Great contract. My door sensors fails constantly, send me pages of notifications that its failing on my email yet they dont do a thing

    Very unhappy with their services! We recently moved and were told they can transfer our equipment. They sent some sketched out guy to un-install our equipment in our old home and sure enough he showed up to our new home and only installed 50% of the equipment and took off with everything else. We are going on day 31 without the rest our equipment. And we have been calling the Fluent offices twice a week with the promise of a call back to resolve the issue for over 4 weeks now with no answers.

    Would not recommend using fluent. Have tried to cancel subscription due to financial issues related to downturn in oilfield now they want to take me to a collection agency to add to the already ongoing issues that the economy has already thrown at me. Make sure you read the fine print in your contract if they present one to you. They did not reveal to my wife when she electronically signed on the dotted line to initiate the instalment of the security system that she was signing a 5 year contract
