Called first thin...
Called first thing in the morning to enquire about an emergency repair of my Barcol door and was passed from the very courteous receptionist to the service manager who was too busy to take my call. I left a detailed message on his voice mail and the fact I could not secure my home and waited for a call back. Nearly 3 hours later I had still not received a call and called them back, only to be put to his voice mail again. Called a competitor and booked a service for later that same afternoon.
