The only thing worse than the food, (cold, old, poorly prepared), is the SERVICE. To complain is to add another opportunity to get sneered at by the staff. By then you realize you cannot trust them to NOT spit in your food. Worst take out in Edmonton. I tried them again after my experience 5years ago and the only thing that has changed is the manager’s complete lack of interest.
Ordered $26.15 through Uber eats from here and didn’t even get our $10.29 McNugget meal. Now someone is hungry and we wasted money. They didn’t even answer our call. So mad we threw out the rest of the food and got pizza. Never coming back here again!

They can't even answer the phonje to see if i had lost my wallet there, plus they are the slowest McDonalds in the city!
❝Terrible Customer Service❞ I was visiting this specific restaurant on July 02, 2015 with my family and we ordered 3 medium ice coffees; caramel flavoured with EXTRA (Coffee) cream on ALL three drinks. I was unsatisfied and unhappy from the service I got from one of the crew members; Nelly, who was working as our cashier and server at the time. When I got my order, I immediately noticed that it wasn't what I had requested. The coffee was bland, lacking the sweetness of the extra creamer we had ordered, and as we asked her to kindly correct our order, she (Nelly) began to debate against fixing our order.
