    Terrible doesn't even begin to explain the lack of competency at this organization. Told me to be home between 12:45 and 4:45 for a delivery - at 5:30, after taking the afternoon off work, get a notification that they won't be delivering. Call their central number, told someone would reach out to me the next day and advised not to attempt delivery the next day - no call, and they attempted delivery. Received a call today, but got disconnected twice, and they never tried again and no message..

    I honestly wouldn't even give them a star if I could. I ordered a package paid extra for the two day shipping and delivery and its been 5 days and its sitting in a facility, the customer service people are zero help just keep telling me to check my tracking number when there is an update and have also continuously given me the wrong information about my package and when I correct them i get thrown on hold. UPS really needs to step it up.

    you never sent my package, you refuse to return my package, its been over a month and a half and i live 30 minutes away ..... you have the absolute worst customer service and nobody can be held responsible... there's absolutely no recourse for the customer

    Beyond BAD. Driver and customer service do not talk to each other where customer suffer for their delivery. Guess what they don't care.

    The driver noted that I REFUSED the package we are expecting, when in fact he didnt even showed up. When I filed a formal complaint, I was told it will be for delivery the next day, and again they said I refused. How can I refuse the package I need so badly and paid so much for??? Horrible horrible service, package delayed 10 days and counting.

    Those who work with the customers, are helpful and hardworking people. But the management is the worst among similar companies.

    I cant believe that they cant figure this out! Service is absolutely the worst. Cant wait for Amazon to push them out.

    Worst customer service. Their driver refused to accept Canadian currency and said pick up package at their location. Next day was my working day and I requested my brother to take their memo and picked up package for me and they refused to give him. I paid extra to get service but all went wrong. I guess non of the business has right to refuse country currency by any reasons.. UPS did not trust their employees. Will never use their service again...They are pain only.

    My experience with ups was terrible, they said 3 days but my delivery from Nigeria to calgary took 12 days and still not delivered. Their customer service is too poor,I would never use ups or recommend to anyone. Ups management/staffs are not professional ?? my package was so unkept and envelope dirty when I picked up.

    your service rates a zero. your driver has thrown parcels on the deck,and also told dispatch delivered a parcel and it was still on the truck,after six days. yester day five hours later than longest pichup time.throws way bill on my geck and when I hollared at him it is a pickup,he kept on going and left with out the parcel.this driver needs to be fired.
