First time we ordered delivery, part of our order made it. We were promised a $10 credit on our next order. We ordered again 1 month later to utilize this credit. After spending an hour on the phone we were denied our credit. I wrote a complaint to their customer service, indicating their failure to give us our $10 credit. In response they wrote, "As a token of your appreciation and continued support of Swiss Chalet we have issued a $10.00 credit under [your] phone number."
