Oct 20/19 got an oil change done. Staff seemed impersonal and short. I went to the washroom, came back and they said my oil change was done. Seriously the quickest oil change in history, they showed me the dip stick and then had the nerve to tell me the oil was still pretty dirty and I should have got the engine flush, which I was never asked not that I would have taken it because 100km before going there I thru in my own engine flush. Moral of the story I don’t think they did the oil at all.
Don't reattach F150 skid plates properly $$$ your problem
Initially we would of given this place a fabulous review. Very personable. They did a quick oil change for us, changed the filter and cleaned my battery posts along with all there other checks.
Now a few weeks later my skid plate/heat shield detached and they say too bad over the time limit. I hardly drive my truck, never service it at all my self so it's obvious that this is from the service. The replacement piece from ford is $420 One of the men there offered to get a used one for $150
