I believe in fitness with a smile! With a positive attitude, dedication and a lot of hard work, many things are achievable through exercise. From losing weight to building aerobic and physical fitness, improving body composition and flexibility, and enhancing functional mobility, general health and well being, the benefits of committing to a more active lifestyle are almost endless! Exercise also plays a very important role in preventing and managing chronic disease.
I have a passion for helping people of all shapes, sizes and ages reach their health and fitness goals. I use a variety of approaches/ modalities to keep things fun and interesting and help clients achieve a variety of goals from running their first race to losing weight. These include body weight exercise, medicine balls, swiss balls, resistance bands, high intensity intervals, free weights, and TRX to name a few. I value continued education and staying up to date on health, fitness and nutrition related knowledge.RELEVANT EDUCATION:
