Brides, go elsewhere! I found my dress here and was initially happy with their selection and prices, but the poor customer service around delays with the dresses arriving and alterations made dealing with them the most negative part of my wedding. Without going into too much detail, I ordered my dresses 9 months in advance and didnt receive my dress until 3 weeks before (and was dealing with multiple alteration appointments until 3 DAYS before my wedding). Poor communication& vague timelines!
