Got a near 500 dollar bill after months of already stupid high bills and we finally called and asked what was up, they said it was high because it was a 6 week bill this time which makes no sense. I’m still dealing with it
I have never had a problem with any of the people that work for this company. They are always helpful and willing to serve with a smile. My favorite part is the small gas bills I get because it’s not a big corporation that kills your budget with administration charges.
Service is terrible. I call to put in my reading at 4:10 and no one answers! The head lady there is vulgar and has no customer service what so ever. If they answered their phone would be a huge help. If you have a choose don’t go with them!!!!
The only reason I'm using there service is because there is no other choice, if I had another option I would drop them in a heartbeat, this is the only bill I can't automate, dealing with them is terrible
